Heads up, for items 1-3 it's vital to have at least item 1 on instant. That's your smite. You want smite on instant. Also for support players you'd want item slots 2 on instant if you run silentium.

Use the alternative layout. That’s only way. Or if you have a custom controller. Or if u on PlayStation u could remap ur buttons in your system settings
