Tip for people complaining about the sweetness: This is a good situation for hot sauce (on top, not mixed in). The vinegar and spice in the sauce will help counteract the sweetness. Don't try adding salty flavors because salt will just make the sweetness more apparent. Also, if you're serving to somebody else, don't even mention the sugar. If you tell somebody there's something in a dish they aren't used to, that's all that they are going to be thinking about.

I’m complaining about literally every part of this omelette. The process is unintuitive. Its extra. Uses extra ingredients, requires the use of very specific and niche kitchen tools, and then in the end, IF you were lucky and lived in an altitude where this is even possible, it tastes 1/10. Not sure why people think eggs are vegan... eggs are an animal product. Wild carnivores eat animal eggs for easy nutrients, herbivores do not.
