really great recipe! I would just caution the amount of onions and tomatoes being used, I would recommend following the quantity based on the amount shown in the video rather than using large onions/tomatoes, since large size vegetables can be different based on where you get it from. I ended up using way too much onion and tomatoes when I made it which made the curry taste too sweet. I am sure if I followed the recipe based on the video it would be delicious, thank you for taking the time to record and share this :)
