Beautifull photo’s. One suggestion is to cut your presentation in 5 parts of 5 minutes. 25 minutes is very long and I believe that lot of people stop looking at your beautifull photo’s. The arc of attention is about 5 minutes. Lot of succes

Very interesting although some of the pictures are obviously inspired by Kenna and some are a bit boring. I guess minimalism can get too minimal. But overall - a very accomplished artist Digalakis.
These are beautiful. But they are Not photographs. They are digital images. They start as digital images produced by exposing a silicon chip to light, put that into a computer where software is used to manipulate the image(s) by masking, integration, clipping, and on and on. In the end you have an image. A striking image perhaps. An award winning image even. But they are not photographs. Photographs are produced by exposing sensitized silver grains suspended in a gelatin, inside a camera. The resulting negative is then projected onto sensitized silver grains suspended in a gelatin coated onto a paper base producing the positive Photograph. No digital electronic manipulation of reality is involved.

Whether a photographer records an image using analog or digital mediums is insignificant. “Manipulation” of photographs has always existed. Film development using different lengths of time, dodging and burning, intentionally developing film with the wrong chemicals (like in cross processing) adding sepia toning or using paint for retouching are all examples of this. Don’t limit your creativity by being precious about how photographs are created.

Videos like these are some sort of humbug. Black and white is also a way of art. More than any color is. There hundreds of cameras that make really great bnw photographs. It doesn't need a (huuuuh) Leica for that. And when you can't afford a Leica, then it needs to be a fuji or Sony. To view such videos before buying..? Surely not...
Each to their own opinion i guess - I can see why you say that however he has mastered and stuck with his own photography style and does what he does in my opinion immacuately. As for the Lightroom editing amount - that is in the eye of the beholder too perhaps and maybe also part of his “style” … I am a fan of more naturally edited shot however his work is spectacular… 👌🏼

@angshu7786 - I think we are dealing with 2 shots. One is a long exposure and the second one, at a normal shutter speed . Then blended in post...
