Jake Reuter that MSU Michigan botched punt is up there too. That basically secured MSU in the playoffs since they beat osu. They got blown out by bama but for sparty getting there is huge considering they’re not a national brand.
Uh, no, that’s one of the craziest plays in all of sports history, period. Tie game, one second left, one play to go, Alabama kicking a field goal, and Auburn wins. I wonder what the betting line was on Auburn winning the game on that last play was. Must’ve been 1000 to 1. Didn’t matter.
Last play is the best play of all time and no one can tell me different. Also would have like to see the stanford behind the defenders back catch. Especially since it was off the trick play.
The Play, where California made a miracle lateral to beat Stanford and caused John Elway to not make a bowl IS widely reguarded as the best play in college football history, but i would say both of them are equally good.
Few plays could rival that, but the three I'd choose to rival it would be 3: Ricardo Louis's Tipped touchdown catch 2: Chad Kelly's tipped touchdown pass Against Alabama 1: Miami's 7 lateral touchdown.
Doomlerious 2019 would agree somewhat, although the louis catch was sort of the prelude to this, chad kelly’s pass wasn’t a full on game winner, and miami’s 7 lateral would have been flagged in 10 different spots in today’s game. those are great plays but this is the greatest.

4:16 pretty much sums up Brian Kelly's career at ND. Pretty good, but can't get it done when it counts. All they needed to do was keep Stanford from going 40+ yards in 30 seconds and they folded.
Shark4195 It ushered in a new era of underdogs. Think about it: #1 was a traditional national powerhouse, #2 had the Heisman, #3 had a team on a 28 game win streak. #4 had to outright destroy a Heisman level RB to jump back to back OOC foes to get in.
Very good video. Can’t get em all. So many good moments. Honorable mentions: MSU-IOWA 2015 ending, CLEM-BAMA Part 1 in 2015, TCU-BAY 2014, UO-FSU 2014 (only cause of the Jameis fumble & it was first CFP game), Cam’s run against LSU in 2010
