Straight up, down to earth comments. I didnt have the distraction devices when i became a firefighter, but the message was and is the same. I have worked in both career and volunteer fire service. This message rings true for both. More time learning and building the team/trust element to make a better company and have a longer service life.

Great points! I've been out of the structure side a while, but i remember cooking, sharing meals, that was huge, even on the "wild side". Absolutely agreed on the "put the devices down, rook" and train like lives depend on it - cause they do.
And if you have wildland responsibilities or want more general large incident management stuff, come see me! 😁

@@MarkGTLLC thanks for the back up brother Mark! Yeah man, that’s always such a fun part!
      They always do!
Yeah bro! Let me set up a call with ya sometime, I don’t know a ton about wildland way of things. More IC is always good!

your upper arms and shoulders shouldn't be moving during tricep pulldowns. You're going to pull a muscle in your shoulder with that twist you're doing.

I appreciate it, it’s not a lift I ever do. I took some weight off but still had to much one. I was on a role so I just pulled through.
