Just had the worst nightmare....trying to get back to sleep but struggling. I want to have good dreams. I'll lyk how it goes. Manifesting good dreams! I really need good dreams!
I just responded to another comment about nightmares when I saw your comment! So I would like to share the comment with you as well, as I think you may find it helpful: I totally understand having nightmares. Most of the time, Nightmares are releasing and integrating an experience, an emotion, or whatever else hasn't been able to be processed by our psyche. This is why sometimes after a traumatic situation, we dream about it. Once our brains feel we are safe enough to express, integrate and heal from a past experience, emotion, etc., we will many times have a dream that can express that heavy energy we have held onto. Nightmares are actually a sign of a healing mind, due to it processing and working through information it was given. You'll notice, eventually your dreams change, become lighter, contain different content, etc. And this happens as WE emotionally grow, mentally change, have a new profound experience, etc. So if you want to understand how you're growing, healing, and what you're subconsciously working through, observe your dreams! And although Nightmares can definitely be unsettling, we can also train ourselves to become lucid during a nightmare. Once we do this, we can consciously, interact with it, ask it questions, and transform the dream. Dreams allow us to do SO much healing work, especially Nightmares and lucid dreams. Nightmares are nothing more than dreams with a much higher amount of energy and emotion. And each one we have, leaves our psyche lighter! 😊 If you have questions about dreams, sleep, nightmares or anything related to that, check out my main channel @Thelucidmystic- I have hundreds of videos on this and go live weekly 🥰
Your dreamstate depicts your subconcious or hidden mind. If you can understand the fear behind the nightmare and process the trauma behind it, you'll have better dreams. Hope this helps ❤

Man, I used to love nightmares. Running from zombies, hiding from aliens, facing an apocalyptic event, these dreams would make me wake up with my heart racing and as terrifying as they were, I loved them. But now I’m an adult and these nightmares aren’t as enjoyable anymore because I have a wife and dog who I’m very attached to. My nightmares turn from me fighting zombies to trying to protect my wife and dog and usually end up failing. Last night I had a dream that my dog ran away and it was just hours of me walking around shaking a box of cookies saying “Lucy, come here girl”. As simple as a dream it was, it’s oddly still affecting me. I’m done with nightmares. Give me some happy dreams!
Dreams are incredibly interesting. They help us process, express, release and integrate stored emotions from different events. So what you're dreaming of is actual energy that's being released from the psyche. To really work with your dreams and allow this energy to pass, after writing your dreams, take a moment to observe how the emotions presented in your dreams have shown up in your real life. Usually with nightmares, the emotion comes from an experience that we stored inside, due to an overwhelm of emotion when it happened. When it comes up and is expressed, it feels the exact same as how it was stored. So trust yourself that you're HEALING through these nightmares and know that nothing has gone wrong, and your psyche finally feels safe enough to integrate this!! Hope your dreams are pleasant tonight my friend. 🥰
I really hope this helps. I was just having really horrible nightmares and was trying to wake up but couldn't. It kept looping and I would realize I was still sleeping then dream I was awake and walking upstairs and it would have again.

I had been talking to my ex boyfriend. But he doesn’t want anything serious despite me being in love with him even after nine years, he doesn’t want anything serious and I dreamt about him being online talking to other girls because that’s what he always does. It was a terrible reminder. But it made me realize a lot. I’m hoping that after listening to this, I can get some real rest.

The "Are You Dreaming?" Collection is referring to a Reality Check. If we train ourselves to ask if we could be dreaming, eventually, we will ask this in a dream, leading to a fully conscious lucid dream! When we are dealing with stress or hardship in waking life, it is expressed through our dreams so our psyche can integrate the experience and heal. What we dream about is coming from inside. Dreaming of it is the psyche expressing and releasing that energy from that experience.
