사실 매운 음식은 전통 한식은 아닙니다. 현대 한식에 가깝죠. 전통 한식은 설날, 추석 같은 명절음식처럼 하나도 안매워요, 매운 제육볶음, 매운 닭꼬치 다 80년대 이후에 생긴 음식입니다. 달콤한 간장에 절인 소불고기나 싱거운 국물 음식인 설렁탕, 곰탕같은 음식이 전통 한식입니다.
