I'm a super noob at this game but it seems like an imbalance to have a king ability rendered useless by ranged creeps...
Anyone know whether WC3 community still alive? Is it worth buying the game to play custom maps like this nowadays? I'm not a fan of traditional base building maps btw...

I have never struggled to play whatever custom map I wanted to play. I can usually even make the lobby myself and get it filled it in 5~ minutes.
