The second Almanac shown if the one I have but it did not contain the dust jacket. Sometime after I bought an Amazon product that had a few prop replicas. It had the Blast From The Past bag but it's too small compared to the Almanac prop I have and it cannot fit inside the bag. Not really a big issue since I have both as display items in my collection.
I was so glad Universal made a licensed sports almanac, I bought 2! It displays well...but beware significant paint rub from the dust jacket that can get on the pages. I took the jacket off and keep it in the bag. The rub problem continues on the book cover, and the laminate can peel. I just tell myself it's the "Alternate 1989" Biff's safe worn copy!

Too bad is not screen accurate. Can't believe the screwed up the yellow band on the cover of the book. And yes, the book is way too thick.
