Not only is M Weller impressive in this song, but Steve White, the drummer really kills it, what an amazing musician this man is as well, the song is exquisite melodic and very unique, love the way all the orchestra and band put it together, well done, T Leckner, Montreal
I remember being there. Love less stood out for me with the orchestra. I was standing not far from the front of the stage. Feels like a lifetime ago and yet I remember it like it was yesterday
When l first heard this gem l went out the next week & bought a pair of rattle snake loafers!!! - Happy b'day Guv'nor !!! - Thanks for inspiring me sonically & sartorial!!! - Nigel Wellski-.
Which Weller band is this? I just had to browse album by album for the last Weller new album with Steve White as drummer .... Came up with Illumination released Sept 16, 2002 as last studio album... But he still played with Weller Band live thru 2006's Catch-Flame! and wikipedia says Weller and White parted ways in 2007.

Long Live Paul Weller. One of the absolute greatest of all time. All the best from Birmingham, Alabama.
That bass player is absolute silk.. what a team...👊👊
His name is Edgar Summertyne.
The guitar strumming on the tele in there’s no drinking after your dead is jam reminiscent 🔥🔥
weller at the best time ever, never to be bettered, everything was spot on.
You can see the band loving it!! Weller is a pure musical poet ❤
Orchestras barely exist.
This has to be one of the best Weller shows of all time! Excellent song list!
24 years on. Still Weller’s finest hour this gig. Edgar’s bass playing is off the scale man. 🔥
EDGAR JONES on bass amen
the genius doing what he does .
