I find it funny that Motormaster has like WAY more voice lines than like Devastator and Blitzwing who have a bigger role than him.
I did not unlock it permanently. And it can't be done so. The thing is, every time you return to main menu after completing the story, you will get one of some versions.
It makes NO SENSE not to have DEVASTATOR scream DEVASTATION at the top of his cyberlungs.
There is a chance that I have missed both Combiners, but, uh...This thing is random🤷♂

I have 100s of hours in Devastation but I don't remember anyone besides Optimus doing this.
