I have been migrated to sparsh in December 24 drawing my pension from the central bank of india. I am still getting pension as per OROP 1. In spite of placing several times grievances to SPARSH no positive response so far.

Sir, during a seminar recently held at Lucknow, a representative of Ministry of Defence conveyed that all banks have been instructed to furnish Aadhaar number & PAN number direct to SPARSH. But still SPARSH is showing that Aadhaar number & PAN number are not available and the same are required to be updated in SPARSH. Isn't it a deliberate harassment to defence pensioners ?
Yes sir this is actually a harrasment for us, but the representative may have referred a decision of higher level which may take time to get implemented on ground, sir please be positive

I am living in Canada. Sparsh portal is not available in Canada. We can not login sparsh. Server is not responding. When we try to login through Google’we can not login.
