If you want to get this option but have high INT, drink alcohol and moonshine (Cass can teach you how to make it too if you win the drinking contest with her) and you get these kinds of options, same thing if you want the Charisma checks too (also you don't need the knife for this check)
Isn't there a luck based thing you can level up that works best with low intelligence in fallout 4? I think Dumb Luck would have been a better thing to call it.
Do a low charisma run, any time you have dialogue with a character you usually end up an enemy of the faction the NPC is a part of by the time you done talking to them
He sounds so mad when he says it too lmao

I havent played fallout 2 but I heard its the best in this aspect
My favorite is the one with the Vagrant in Freeside

@@commanderjor4043still, the fact an idiot technically could have saved the leg is kinda funny.
@@commanderjor4043 It because the game writer want him to lol
If you do it properly you find it is just a wound improperly cleaned and stitched, there's no real reason for this to have worked. But hey, it does!

The fallout 2 low intelligence run is still the goat.
The depth of new vegas story and little things like this is why it is the best of all fallouts to me
The dumb run (low intelligence build) is the best way to play nv
