not even gonna lie, I kind of agree with op! i became a Neverland because of songs like hann/senorita/$$$ and stayed a Neverland because of songs like lion/hwaa/uh oh. they just haven’t been the same since soojin left. I did like tomboy and nxde but queencard and I want that really disappointed me, the choruses are just so unappealing imo. I hate to admit it, but I Do find myself losing interest.

Someone told me I was better off 6ft under. I'll never forget that, it was the most bizarre thing I've ever witnessed. I'm not really surprised if Soojin (and other fem idols) is the reason for changing concepts to female empowerment. (No hate to male idols, also I'm a stay) but it's understandable they would switch to female empowerment especially when they lost someone so dear to them and saw other fem idols get kicked out of the group while some male idols who have the same accusations get to keep their career

The newer songs of gidle have like a deeper meaning in them like queencard is talking about how like you shouldnt care about what other people think about you as no matter what they say you are like still perfect. NMIXX still does mixxpop + they didn't change their music after Jini left, expérgo was planned before. Even Sullyoon confirmed that concept photos for expérgo were taken while entwurf era. And if you see lmlt recording behind, the members didn't sing all the parts, because some of them were recorded by Jini. They changed these parts then.

I definitely agree with your blackpink opinion though (plus some other opinions on why I don’t stan them anymore but it would get me cancelled for saying it).

personally, I think æspa did great in changing the concepts. All of the songs were very similar to each other and they really needed a fresh change :)
The newer songs of gidle have like a deeper meaning in them like queencard is talking about how like you shouldnt care about what other people think about you as no matter what they say you are like still perfect. Like the ending part of queencard say like one line says thick or thin girl queenka ka ka. Then nxde is apparently like soyeons way of like protecting like children as soyeon said that in koreaany people watch like child p*rn and like in korean its child p*rn is called idle nxde and gidle korean name is sometimes called as idle so if we put their name with the song nxde it becomes idle nxee in korean so when koreans search up child p*rn in korean gidle's song nxde will pop up instead of like child p*rn
g-idle musics do make sense, its just that you don't know the meaning to it and what many people have to face in reality and how their song connects to people to let them all know that we have our own value and worth. besides that, their songs r good its just ur music taste are different from all of us, we all have different music taste so its totally fine.

NMIXX still does mixxpop + they didn't change their music after Jini left, expérgo was planned before. Even Sullyoon confirmed that concept photos for expérgo were taken while entwurf era. And if you see lmlt recording behind, the members didn't sing all the parts, because some of them were recorded by Jini. They changed these parts then.
I would never unstan Blackpink or any other group(except for nmixx bcx I don't stan them)on this list but that's just my opinion lol.
