Hey Naz, I too gave my little those protein drinks until I looked into the ingredients. The makers market it as a healthy and convenient option but in actuality it is filled with unnecessary and unhealthy oil, syrups, and sugars. No shaming, just Mommy to Mommy.

Omg so relieved my daughter isn’t the only one to have the protein shake and Z bar first thing 😅 She is 4 and I work nights, when I come home I get a little shut eye while she has that in my bed watching a show. Of course she gets a real meal but it holds her over for a bit 🙃
