Hey Eric can you make a video about the best xfactor and superstar abilities for each position in franchise mode?

Madden got so complicated. I just bought the game after a 10 year break. I'm still pretty good surprisingly. I actually managed to win an ultimate team game. Sadly it seem everyone that's been playing for the time I took off know a bunch of goto plays and will only run the same 5-6 plays a game. That's not football. The only advantage I have is I play so unconventional it's throwing people off. I appreciate your tips video for reasons like this.

Loving the video so far! Haven’t finished it just yet, I just wanted to add on a little for Tip 16, if you play franchise you can go into your coaching tab and select “Formation Subs” and go to all your formations and add a safety to any of the formations you want to use them in. It’s also helpful if you want to split carries between RBs. Only a tip for Franchise, but it helps save time in game.
That tip about aiming down with the kicker blew my mind when I did it. Great video

How do you make the qb run fast on read option plays? My qb runs really slow when the play starts and i get caught at scrimmage often.

Has anyone tried out the Multiple D Defensive playbook? I’ve been using it lately and I’ve been liking it a lot. It’s got Nickel 3-3, 3-3 Cub, and Nickel Over. It has a good mix of 3-4 and 4-3 plays/formations. And it has a pretty unique Formation in it called 5-2, which I’ve found to be good for both pass and run defending, I believe the only other playbooks it is in is the Jets and 49ers.
You got to make your own playbook bro it takes a lil bit but is way worth it you get 500 plays and any formation
I don’t know if this the right video to comment on. But On create a player the throwing Motion doesn’t we’re relate on this road. I like selecting slinger 1 which is the Aaron Rodger throwing motion. When I play with my create player doesn’t have the have the Aaron Rodger motion. Do you know if EA going to update this bug?
I use Tennessee's offense for my Steelers franchise. Its pretty darn solid and the team is similar to the Titans

Can you stack the shading? For example, if I shade underneath, then shade outside, will they play underneath and outside or would the outside override the underneath?

Hey any update on that max football game that was gonna come out
Something else add is the player speed threshold scale, when me and some relatives have Madden tournaments we turn that down so you can feel difference between fast and slow players while playing (example: a 88 speed CB won't be keeping up with a 99 speed tyrek hill on go route or things in that nature)

There’s so many cool thing you can change with your players it’s so cool
As a noob in Madden...this for sure helped me out.
Specifically
- Beating Man coverage and beating Zone
- Dont hit the sprint button on returns and with RBS
- SHADING DEFENSE!! (Can/Should I use this everytime im playing defense? Or is it just on Cover 3?)
How do I know what defense formation I should come out in? I know they tell you the thing on the bottom how many WR, TE, and RBs are on the field...but idk what I should be choosing
Usually if there’s 3 or more wr’s you want to be in nickel, if there’s two rb you want to be in your base 4-3 or 3-4 defense, if there’s two te’s, usually want to be in your base unless it also says 2rb in which case go to your base 4-3 or 3-4. That the simplest explanation

I know you might not play the mode but do you know a fix for the face of the franchise bugs? One is the free agency signing I found a fix for that, but when I try to put other abilities on my Linebacker and RB I can’t equip their second tier ability. It only shows the first tier ability during the game.

Do you want to use the NFL live playbooks? Or just the default setting playbook for KC and Detroit?
Good video. Keep in mind, some if the most popular online franchise leagues are simulation style leagues. Meaning certain things aren't allowed. Such as manually moving multiple players on defense prior to the snap. If you manually move a player pre-snap, you have to remain with that player until after the snap. Also, you're not allowed to substitute LB's with safeties...

I’m from the UK, no knowledge on American football and no idea how it works. Madden 23 is the first madden I’ve ever bought and I’m hooked.

Also, if you want to put a backer in a spy you can press right on d pad 2x select backer, RS right, much easier than manually switching.
