Welcome back man hope everything is well appreciate the shout out man, was not expecting Godzilla x Kong to be looking this good i know the youtube compression does not do it justice but that shot of Godzilla coming out of the ice looks incredible but what surprises me the most is the sound that's really awesome especially how the roar sounds great video man

Sounds awesome Nick! I'm looking forward to picking this up on 4K. I really enjoy all the Monsterverse movies. They're a lot of fun. Admittedly, I don't have DV or Atmos capabilities, so I wouldn't get the full meal deal experience. But I'm still looking forward to checking this out on even my 5.1 surround system and my modest Samsung 75-inch panel.
Even without the Dolby capabilities it's still visually stunning.. Even with just a 5.1 setup you have, you're still going to get a real incredible sound especially like I said when they all roar It just gives the subwoofer a workout.
@@movie_av_impulse Yeah I admit I do like the way Dolby Atmos mixes sound on my system, even without the height channels. They still sound damn good, and way better than the 5.1 mixes. That's one thing I like about object-based surround sound... it just adapts to whatever system you're using. I really like DTS-X mixes too, like on a lot of the Universal titles. Cool stuff!
@@TheOriginalFuzz as long as you like your setup hey ain't nothing wrong with that! I've been called a fake for only having 2 ceiling speakers in my setup but for me it Works and gave me all I need for the size of my room I'm A okay!!!
Avatar movies are the king of dolby
That's your opinion 😉 but I'm far from an Avatar fan I don't like them at all!
@@movie_av_impulse im talking about specs. avatar IS MADE for dolby. built diffirent
In this movie as well is built different.. I can't bear to try to watch Avatar for the fifth time. I have fallen asleep every single time. I won't even do it just to see how good the surround sound is.
