My favorite channel on YT for this type of content! I absolutely love having the relaxing music while the sound of the massage! Too often it's either one or the other: you get just the massage and no music, or you get music but no real sound of the massage and alot of times the instructor is talking through it! I listen to these while I'm having to work and this is the perfect way to keep me calm! Great work

Agree, I hate when they talk it ruins it for me, I use these to help me sleep, it helps relax me so I don’t have nightmares/night terrors
