Despite her outward beauty, La Carina had a dark side. She used her looks and charm to play a leading role in one of the most violent and ruthless Mexican cartels in history.
Contrary to popular belief, being a woman didn't stop La Carina's from quickly rising within the cartel. In fact, she was a high-ranking member, who was just as brutal and ruthless as her male counterparts.
She also used her good looks and body to become a famous Instagram star, showing off her guns, expensive clothes, and other things she got illegally by working for the cartel. She was proud of being in the cartel and liked showing off her criminal lifestyle.

I once won a trip to Mexico worth $5,000, but since I couldn't sell this vacation or trade it for a place I'd really rather go, I threw that package away. This was like 30 years ago. The place is basically a Catholic dictatorship. It always was. It's the reason that cartels exist in the first place. If there was a large middle class,like America ONCE had, and women, kids and animals had real rights, none of these horrors would be going on. And it should be remembered that the U.S. government needs that country to be like it is, because of cheap labor and resources to exploit. Evil leaders on both sides of the border. American politicians are hardly innocent ! In Mexico, there's no free education. Good public schools would change everything for them. That outlawing child abuse, domestic violence. But all this stuff is part of the culture. Glorified. Catholic economies always create poverty. Inequality and hypocrisy. Until Mexico is willing to stop doing this stuff mentioned above, things won't ever change, except for the worse.
