sorry but many know she's very demanding and proud behind big smiles, she's a great artist but not always sincere with fans
I think she wasn’t trying to be mean. She is someone that is very nervous and anxious and that day was a very big and stressful day for her and when perfectionist people like her are in these kind of situations, it is easy for them to be annoyed. She is very kind and loving with the people she works with and is known to be incredibly caring. I think we can’t judge her just by the way she shouted for silence. She still said please and thank you. That was polite!
