for those last few games, the matchup is way worse than it looks for luigi vs. fox. cody was scrapping against luigi those games, and luigi's aerials hit pretty hard if the opponent gets close enough for luigi to use them(he has terrible aerial mobility). if fox just walls luigi out with bair and doesn't scrap, there's pretty much nothing luigi can really do.
