    Great video (as always)! Best of luck getting ready for your Spartan race. As you say, for active people the hardest part is not over-doing it too soon and blowing it. So here's wishing you Yoda-like wisdom in pacing your comeback!

    I'm recovering too - although only from another tear under the right hand's ring finger. AS soon as i train again, it will tear again. But your injury is way more serious. YOu mentioned you got less than 4 weeks of time, please make sure youre on the safe side before you compete.
