- The shocking true story based on the most infamous unsolved murder case in American history. On April 11th 1981, Sue Sharp and her family are enjoying their stay at Cabin 28 in the peaceful holiday resort of Keddie. But a day of fun at the remote getaway turns into a heart stopping nightmare as nightfall brings masked strangers to the Cabin. It's the entire movie that's based on true events. The murders actually happened. You can look them up.
@@aswadi1991 "Keddie cabin murders". It was a famous case but a lot of the "what really happened that night" was fictionalized because nobody really knows. But all the people were real and the ending was reasonably real.

i dont get, if the mom hit the guy and knocked him down why in the world didnt she keep hitting him till he wasnt moving. you have children there that need protecting. had she gotten rid of him the other two might have just left, or at the least that would have been one down , the other 2 were smaller and their chances of survival better.

THEY TOOK THE GIRL BECAUSE HER BABY COULD PUT THEM AWAY BECAUSE IT WOULD PROVE SHE WAS SEXUALLY ACTIVE WITH ONE OF THE KILLERS. THE KILLERS ARE EVERYONE WHO KNEW THAT THOSE PEOPLE KILLED THAT FAMILY.

This is the very reason crimes aren't solved, when you have law enforcement bringing personal relationships into how they do, or don't do their job. All it takes is one corrupt person in the top position dictating what gets investigated and what gets bury on a dusty shelf. The Sheriff told the deputy he has a person in the federal agency so was concerned about they're investigation!

Bo & Marty definitely had something to do with it. They took off, after they were questioned. They stayed at Cabin 26, & talked poorly about the Mom. Saying, she had no control over her children. They would know there was no man present in the Cabin.

The Keddie Cabin Murders as the case was called, I looked it up, and apparently there wasn't enough evidence to bring them to justice. Sometimes it just happens that way, esp in 1986. All of the drama as to the sequence and how the murders happened was quite fictionalized, but the most general details seemed to be accurate.

She did not know her family was being murdered she is pregnant also that's why she left and went to a friend's house to stay there for the night

Definitely the two men and woman from earlier, that’s why their kid was kept alive and also they took the girl because she was pregnant by one of them and DNA would match the bloke and he’d be arrested because she was only 13. The two men and the man’s wife obviously went out drinking and the wife found out about the husband’s affair with her friends child and they decided to kill them and like I said that’s why they spared his own son.
Unfortunately DNA wasn't a thing until 1986 and it was pretty crude method too.

I am pleasantly disturbed. This is such a good movie. I had to look into the actual event. It's sad that its still unsolved, really crazy situation indeed.
JUST LOOK ON THE WAY THE OLDEST DAUGHTER CAME BACK HOME AND ENTERED THE CABIN, WITH EYES CLOSED AND SMILING, AS THOUGH SHE WOULD BE HAPPY WITH WHAT SHE WAS GOING TO SEE. THEY NEED TO INVESTIGATE HER.
Yeah her reaction was a bit weird, he didn’t immediately get help, she wet t check on the boys first. And the fact that they weren’t harmed, yeah she needs to be looked into for sure.
Leave her alone she has been through enough. Please have some evidence before making outlandish claims, persay.
