I think it was a good decision since EXO is filled with great vocalists, it would have been hard to get a steady part. He’s always had singing lines though even as the main rapper. Oh and most of his lives are on his instagram, real__pcy, which is the second most followed k-celeb account (GD has around 100k more followers I think). He recently hit 16M! You'll see in the rest of the videos that pretty much all of them are stated as visuals, dancers, and vocalists, it's just that each will have their strenght in one or another mostly (there are main dancers and vocals after all). But yeah, just a heads up that you'll see that repeated a lot. At this point all of them do or have done pretty much a bit of everything. It's been almost 7 years after all, the boys have grown up SO much since their early days. As for Chanyeol, he intended originally to be part of a band, and he is very passionate about music. He also has a knack for learning things, he gets really fired up about whatever interests him at the moment and gets really focused in learning. That's how he easily picks up instruments (or sports sometimes). Besides the songs he manages to squeeze in their discography, he also works on music himself, he uploads some of his works on his soundcloud and sometiems does vlives from his studio. It's a pitty but they don't usually have the room to put their own work in their albums. Also, I think this user had their D.O guide taken down for some reason, I think it was because of the many dramas and movie clips it had. I don't know if there's another good, thorough guide for him somewhere. (I'm sure lots will say this so I'll try and make it quick) They were 12 members originally, divided in two subgroups (one promoted in chinese and the other in korean). But after three of the chinese members left, they were reorganized as one single 9 member group. If you watch older MVs or videos you might see more or less members, depending if it was all of them or a subgroup. It can be a bit confusing at first, so just in case. And also, keep in mind that these kids debuted with a concept of superpowers and extraterrestial beings and so. Be ready for that too, in case it pops up somewhere! Well, aren't they a fun bunch? ;)

Suho, Chen and Chanyeol have come a long way from being okay dancers they are now so much better and have improved so much. Especially Chanyeol since he's so lanky and clumsy he has done so well.
