I failed 3 times, i lost money to reviews that never helped but the major thing is that I've not lost hope
I used some Kaplan, some AceableAgent and read a lil oncourse learning . I did 3 real estate exam scholar and my result came back failed

I have sat for Real Estate Exam for the 4th time now and still failed, i guess licence isn't meant for people like me😭

Just passed my Sales Associate exam today on my first attempt. These Magnolia videos were super helpful. I had them on a loop in my house while doing other chores too. Hey Herb, how long did the online test take? I can’t imagine 100 questions taking 3 hours. I’m just concerned about needing to take a break during three hours.

I’ve studied for the state test for about 10 months now & LUCKYI found your videos about 3 weeks ago & Today I took the test for the first time , completed within 40 mints & I PASSED !!!!! I would say about 55% of the questions on my exam where similar to the ones you’ve thought us. That as soon as I finish reading the question & saw the answers it just made sense ! If you are prepping to take the FL Real Estate Exam... LOOK NO FURTHER! This course is EVERYTHING you need! Just passed my estate exam and felt the need to come here because this video is the reason I passed my exam. I did my hours at Gold Coast and nothing I repeat nothing that Gold Coast teaches are in the exam, everything I learned from this video I saw it on the exam, I passed it by watching different RUclips videos but this one is the best. I studied for a week straight using mostly only magnolia school. I bought the cram course and audio supplement and passed my state exam on the first time. She is AMAZING!!! The test wasn't difficult and I think that is because of how well she teaches the material. I couldn't of done it without her cram course. Thank you!!

I PASSED! First Try! And it only took me 40 minutes. I was moving at lightening speed. I just knew the answers and the ones I did not know, I didn't worry about because I knew sooooooooo many. I would read the questions and literally hear Michelle's voice saying the answer in my head LOL. I never even purchased the book (I know. That's not good), but with just studying the cram course and audio for two weeks. I did it! I owe it all to Magnolia School of Real Estate. There's no need to use any other study course. I am thrilled. I started this process on May 19th and passed my state exam on 6/24/22. No Prior Real Estate Experience What so ever!

Today was my 3rd attempt at the Florida Real Estate Exam. I took my last attempt on 2/20- since then a friend showed me your videos. I have been watching and listening OBSESSIVELY since finding you. I came to say THANK YOU! I finished taking my 63 hour course on Sunday (with another school). I felt good but wanted to test my knowledge and that's where I found Michelle. I bought her cram course Monday evening and it was superb! She clarified so many things I doubted and gave me the real confidence I was missing. This is going to be a long review. I have taken the RE exam 10 times and failed prior to coming across Ms. Michelle’s RUclips channel. My authorization was set to expire on 4/22/22 and I was desperate. After comparing all 10 of my failed exams. I come to figure out that I was failing the same categories each and every time. After, watching her videos, I realized that alot of the questions she covers are actually on the real exam. I decided to purchase the Cram Course and I’m happy to say that I PASSED the state exam. I give thanks to Michelle and her very useful course and video explanations throughout the course. I also learned that I was studying wrong. Please read and study exactly what is on the DBPR exam booklet. With that guide and Michelle’s Cram Course. You are sure to pass this exam. By far the BEST study prep material and instructor around. I just passed my exam of the first try and I have Michele to thank for that. I stumbled on her RUclips videos 2 days before my exam. After watching her videos on RUclips and I instantly bought the cram course and went through the entire thing. The format of the course was easy to operate and the all material covered was in fact on the state exam just like Michelle said it would be. She does an excellent job explaining concepts and everything you need to know about the exam. I felt more at ease going into my exam because of the cram course and extra test information provided. Took the exam last Saturday for the first time and passed without any worries. Thank to this teacher. I was shaky before I took the course. I’m telling you stop watching random yt video. The info isn’t accurate. Take this course and use flash cards. Study them everyday and you will have no problems. 🙏🏽

I needed to get my license for my job, and they purchased a program for me. At the conclusion of that course I did not feel prepared. The same questions on the course were on the exam for the most part, a lot worded differently but if you studied you'll get it. If you're on the fence about purchasing it, just get it! I just took my state exam last week Friday, and it was the most smoothest test I ever took in my life. Balancing a full time job and school is already a job within itself. To all my people having to balance just try to find something to keep you motivated. I almost gave up, it was to much to balance until I found her course. It was the biggest help of all my studying. I was desperately looking where else to study so I could understand everything, and I stumbled upon your videos Mrs. Michelle. I ended up buying the cram course with only one day (yesterday - Friday 9/8/23) to really study because my exam was already scheduled for today (9-8-23). I passed. And it really was all thanks to your course, the explanation is so through, you make understanding even the math so easy. I am so thankful. Whoever is reading this, please trust me when I say her cram course is worth the money and more. I failed the state exam 3 times after completing the cram course and taking the state exam for the 4th time I finally passed!!! She needs all the credit because most of these RUclipsrs aren't putting out informative questions that would help you pass the test. She also explains each answer in a way that anyone can comprehend.

I wasn’t a subscriber & I don’t know this lady personally, but I purchased the cram course on 30 Sept 2022 and passed my exam on the first go-today on 8 Oct! This course is the absolute truth! There were questions on the FL exam that were the exact questions in the cram course just with different names. If you understand the concept and know how to apply it-you will be successful. Just passed my exam this afternoon (5/10/23 & on the first try) and so many questions from the cram course came back on that state exam.
Reading the comments on these videos gave me the extra courage and believe, that it is definitely possible to pass this difficult exam on the first try!
What I can say however, although these videos are great, do yourself a big favor and buy Michelle's cram course, once you're in front of that testing computer, you'll understand and you'll thank yourself for making that small investment into your future.

In my opinion Michelle is the best Real Estate instructor in Florida. She explains all the material in a way that you can understand it... without so many technicalities, the material is specific, the flash cards and the audio presentation are excellent for memorizing the most important topics.
The explanations of the financial issues and calculations made it easy for me to quickly and easily understand all the math calculations, something that I had not been able to achieve with the online Real Estate course that I initially took.
I recommend it 200%, I passed my exam yesterday on my first try!

Hi ! Just wanted to say, today (07-07-2022) I took my RE exam and I passed. I would not have been able to pass if it weren’t for the cram course I got from you. Thank you so much. I started studying almost a week. I watched all your videos & took all practice exams and I passed of 1st try. There were many questions I got that were not included in this cram course, but I was able to answer all of them because I studied the cram course very well. I took my real estate exam for the first time today & I missed it by 6 points. I wasn’t very confident at first when I first scheduled the exam because I could not find a prep class that I could attend that worked around my work schedule & the videos that kept popping up on RUclips did not help me at all. Test taking is not my forte, no matter how much I study I always freak out when the test is in front of me. But after watching Michelle’s videos this week I had SOOO much confidence going into the exam, and I was calm the entire time I took the test. The questions that I missed wasn’t on anything from her videos, I remembered all of her examples and explanations. I do remember zoning was one of the questions I missed. But thank you so much for your videos Michelle!! Even though I remember everything that you’ve explained, I’m still going to continue to study your videos along with the sections that I actually missed. I just passed!!! 1st time taking finished in one hour 20 minutes! If I had to guess maybe 4 or 5 questions I was shaky on ,the rest were very easy. I'm no genius but Michelle's cram course and spent the extra $29 on audio course and just listened a couple of times and took all the practice exams. Hi, Michelle i just passed my Real Estate Exam last night and i couldn't be more excited. I want to personally thank you for encouraging me when i was ready to give up when i couldn't see the path.my story is like so many others where i was constantly failing the exam , i was studying all of the materials, watching all the videos and was still failing. Then i came across Michelle's videos and started watching her videos and was captivated by how easy she made it for me to understand. After purchasing her cram course and about 2 weeks of consistently studying i finally passed my exam last night after failing 11 times.Thank you God, Thank you michelle. i will definitely be using her again for my post course as well as recommend her program to anyone .

I found Michelle on RUclips while taking the 63 hour course through another online school. I ordered her package for $79. IT IS PHENOMENAL! I passed on my first try because of Michelle and her teaching. You will not be sorry if you purchase the whole kit. The test is easy with her teachings!

I just completed my 63 hours through Theceshop and I do not recommend that course to anyone I felt so unprepared for the test so I started watching Ms.Michelle and I wasn’t taught half the stuff she’s teaching us for free I finally feel like I’m ready to take the text soon💗

Just wanted to come back and leave a comment again. You are amazing Michelle. I passed my state yesterday. I just couldn't believe it. I bought both the cram course and the audio. They both helped me tremendously. I read the whole chapter but after listening to her audio I went back and focused on the items she had mentioned. There is no way I couldn't have done this without her materials. Just buy her cram course and the audio. She is simply just amazing. I just want to take the time to thank Michelle Earley for all the effort she puts into these lessons. On May 16th I finished my course and decided to purchase her CRAM course. If you’re debating whether you should make the purchase, do it; you won’t regret it. Her explanations are easy to follow and the material provided is similar to what is asked in the test. Today, I was able to pass my Real Estate State exam on the first try thanks to Michelle’s Cram material. Michelle is the best instructor I have ever known!!!!

I purchased prep course and audio supplement. did 93% of prep course and 100% audio, tonight at 9:45 pm I have online exam, wish me luck!!!! I am trying to read and do tests non stop, but so hard to remember it all

If anyone is here for 2023, I reviewed Michelle’s RUclips videos and bought the cram course for $79 bucks the night before the exam. I took the first practice exam as well as the 85 other questions you do before you do the first practice exam and it made the real State Exam a piece of cake. So many of her questions were on the exam I just blew by the questions. I knew I had passed.

I wouldn’t have known them otherwise since my 63hr course didn’t really cover some of the nuances. Your videos and cram course are why I passed, thank you!
