- German electronic music composers Michael Kersten and Thomas Fanger met at the Berlin open air festival "Klangmeile" in 1979. They combined their analogue synthesizers and sequencers, which were mostly custom made and created their first psychedelic sound sculptures. In the 80's Fanger and Kersten focused more on rhythm based electronic experimental ideas. They started to combine their psychedelic roots with electronic beats in the late 80`s under the name of Mind-Flux.
Their music ranges from very dark ambient to modern trance.
Influenced by Tangerine Dream, Klaus Schulze and Kraftwerk.
Time invaders is a typical Tangerine Dream piece of music. From their cd "Kontinuum".

Dieses Stück kannte ich ja noch garnicht,
gefällt mir und die Bilder auch, weiter so.
Super !!! Old school, of the electronic music !
Ufff la rompieron! Muy buen material
Thanks!
That key change/bridge at 4.47 did it for me. These techniques (to me) are so missing in modern day efforts but used here quite exquisitely. Well done. I also liked the balance of rich sequencer; not so thick accompanying keyboard work. As such, it blended rather well. For me, these Berlin styled sequencer tracks work best, not so much on its sequencer, but what the artiste blends with it, otherwise it's rather like listening to a car idling in traffic. But I really liked this piece. Some nice touches along the way.
Great trip 😍👽👾💀👿💖👍👍👍👏👏
analogue synthesisers... even those words put together sounds better in our present digital world! thank you for the good work!
you're welcome!
Kontinuum ist ein sehr schönes Album. Eines der neueren von Klaus Schulze. Empfehlenswert.

You're right. It is Rubyconish at the beginning. One of the reasons why I like this music piece by Mind-flux.

alle Musiker im elektronischem Musikbereich haben Musik "geklaut" ( ich nenne das lieber: sind inspiriert worden ) von Musiker wie Tangerine Dream, Klaus Schulze, Kraftwerk, Manuel Gottsching.
