- Trail 11, the first of three Jeep Badge of Honor trails we ran over a weekend camping at Rausch Creek Off-Road Park. This is a pretty full representation "trail video" of the trail from start to finish. Later we'd continue to Crawler Ridge and Crawl Daddy to complete the trifecta (check out the other videos too!).

Trail 11 is a green trail that can be accessed by a series of green trails (P & H) the whole way. Most high-clearance vehicles could do this trail no problem and there's no need for spotting at any point (although there are some good photo ops). It felt like a joy ride for us. A nice warm up trail for the day!

I've had my JLU for about a year now. I can't wait to take it up to Rausch Creek!
@@SamAbate it’s cool there. If you haven’t been yet, I’d almost suggest AOAA first since it’s cheaper and can feel less crowded. Both are fun tho. Have a blast!
I'm enjoying the video!! Just subscribed
Thanks for watching! Hope you like the adventures 😃
@@DarksideOffRoad love it!!
Awesome video. Hope to get up there soon. Don't think I can do this with my new stock Willys, but I'm sure there will be something for me.
You could absolutely do Trail 11 in a stock Willys. Go for it! Green trails are very accessible and each of the flexy spots we did have bypasses
That looked like fun. I will have to get down there someday! Thanks for sharing the video.
Wait until you see the next two 😅 this was the “joy ride” of the day 🤙
Great video Tim. The off camber part looked fun 👍🏽
Thanks! Yeah super easy trail to have fun flexing on. Good warm up for the blue and black trails later on.
Great Video. Looks like fun. 😀
Yea! Crawler Ridge and Crawl Daddy will be a bit more interesting tho when I get them up 😄
Awesome! Thanks for the video, that’s my next trail I am going to hit! My first one was Peters Mill Run. I am going to 11 hopefully next weekend 10/8/22. Also my goal is to go to Crawler Ridge and Crawl Daddy as well on the same trip.
Check out my other videos for those. Have fun!
Nice. I’m heading up there in 2-3 weeks. First trail ever in my first jeep. 🤦🏼♂️ hopefully it doesn’t get beat up. Looking forward to the other two trails you do. And to start collecting some badges.
You’ll love it!
Yeah you don't need lockers for some of that stuff but an older vehicle with an open differential and no electronics wouldn't do too well on some of this stuff without a locker. BLD is pretty damn good.
My very first badge!
It was mine too!
You think I can do this in a Sahara with a spacer lift and 35’s. It’s my first jeep and first trail hopefully.
Yeah you can do any green trails in that.
Hi,I never been to rousch creek but I'm planning to go soon I have a 2.5 lift on my jeep and I have 315 70 17 tires just wondering if it is set up fine now to do the badge of honor or if it needs to be heavily modified and if i register is it for all 3 badges or is it one at a time trail to register thanks.
That’s exactly what I ran on all three 👍
@@DarksideOffRoad do you think my jeep is capable of doing 3 or as I described what I have or do I need disconnecting sway bars thanks
@@DarksideOffRoad thanks, sorry I have one more question is register for all 3 or just 1
@@philliprollman7421 you buy a pass for the whole park so you can do all three and anything else you’d like.
Disconnect the sway bar links for the trails.
@Darkside Off-Road ok,thanks I don't have disconnecting sway bar's so I guess I can't do badge of honor or will I be ok or should I do green trail until I get disconnecting sway bar?.. thanks I appreciate the information.
Could a beginner tackle this with a stock rubicon
Yeah a stock Rubicon could do any green trails at the park. There's a full green path to get to 11 and back.
Will a stock rubicon 2door be fine on this trail?
100% any green should be doable with a stock Rubi.
Hi, this will be my first trail, I have a Sahara 4xe do you think I can make it?
Thanks
100%. It’s a joy ride. Trail H to get down to it is also a green trail and actually rockier. Still easy though.
Thanks for the info!!!
If I don’t have a buddy, do you think I find a group of ryders on site that I can join?
Also do I need to call ahead or just show up?
Sorry for the storm of question!! LOL
@@juancarlosjimenez7948 maybe. Everyone there is pretty friendly. But it’s usually more fun if you can find someone to go with. Just show up and pay for your membership and trail fee. Membership is good for the season. Info is on their site.
Do you have to go through the membership fees or trail fees with Rausch creek off road to access theese trails?
Yep. I think it was around $80ish total. Then it’s less within the membership year for subsequent trips.
Did you disconnect the sway bar for the flex out ramp?
Indeed I did.
@@DarksideOffRoad I have a 16 JK 2-door sport with 33s and a 2 in leveling kit, what do you think my chances are doing that without any issue?
@@Wezi427 east peasy. Any green trails would be a blast. Blue would be more tricky, but you could make it with good spotting.
@@DarksideOffRoad Sounds good, thank you. I'm planning a visit for late September early October.
How long did it take to do all.3 trails? Same day doable?
Yea. We did all three during the day. Not a ton of extra time to go other places in the property with this approach tho.
Trail 11 is a nice chill ride, the articulation at the end is fun. Did you hit any other trails ?
Yep. Crawler Ridge and Crawl Daddy videos coming in the next couple weeks. 🤘
@@DarksideOffRoad keep it up bro. I love posting videos
As well just to post n show ppl that don’t off road or want to see.
I want to come here but my biggest fear is I find someone else to come with and they drive as slow as that.
No longer a badge trail
