  • The play Too much talk harms is a marvel of Guignol’s repertoire.
    Current work by its eternal themes, funny, its literary style and the handling of the language have a great heritage value.
    In scene one, here presented in its entirety, Louison, a feminist of the first hour, and her husband Guignol quarrel.
    The other characters in the play, in one act and thirteen scenes, are Gnafron, a gendarme, Madame Boche and mother Nanette.
    Written by A. Chanay, the play is published in the book "Mam'zelle Gnafron et autres pièces du Guignol lyonnais", = "Miss Gnafron and other plays of Guignol Lyon's Theater", a 1925 collection.
