I can't remember if I ever saw you curl your hair before but the result is just beautiful!!
I believe you would achieve a bob if you placed the rods only around the perimeters of your head so that the roots and middle shaft of your hair would remain relatively straight and the ends would curl. Then to style you could guide and roll the curled ends under as needed. I used to do this with my relaxed hair to achieve a bob.

😊😊😊 this is such a cute style! I also think it stretched out your locs and gives you a little more length than when they’re straight. My guess is those huge, curlers like the circumference of soup cans would give you that bob look... but I can’t imagine sleeping on something like that.

Nia, try putting the large flexi rods on top, from the ear down use tighter curls( possibly using perm rods) to achieve the bob u want. Good luck

☺️ This came out beautifully! Maybe a larger roller set will get you the look you originally wanted for a more bumped end bob look? Maybe a little smaller than the size MahoganyCurls uses in her roller set video.

😀 watched till the end. You could used the largest flexirods and then wrap your locs around your head like its a loose natural wrap and keep it wrapped overnight like that and the curl will be what you're looking for

Loving the curls AND they can be styled for a professional look as well 😉 Try the jumbo flexi rods or perm rods for the bob look. Maybe your hair won’t come out so curly.

Still Nia Bia try Sally’s or your local beauty supply store. I see some from the brand Annie on Amazon. I searched Annie jumbo flexi rod and it came up. They are plum colored. Also they are huge, 1 3/16 in diameter.
Maybe!....try pulling hair back in to 1 or 2 ponytail/s. Roll it with a jumbo flexi rod where it hits at the nape, just maybe a bob style for sister locks! I use to do this on my hot combed hair. It Achieved what I wanted to do.

How long have you had them? Mine did not curl the best in the beginning, and have you tried using a little mousse, or holding spray?
@@Niaimani92 I've had my sisterlocks 4 yrs now and past my shoulders. When my locs were shorter I would use mousse and I had tight beautiful curls. Since my hair has grown I can't get tight curls anymore.
