I purchased the Harry Potter Hogwarts Hall at Barnes & Noble 3 weeks ago and enjoyed it very much. I didn't have any trouble with the church, the courtyard, the arch and surrounding but MAN that tower was a nightmare. I stared at the pieces for 3 days and nothing would fit. Finally I downloaded Wrebbit"s color instructions and it was a walk in the park. Thanks. Will purchase another when I get more money :)
The Great Staircase Tower is indeed quite challenging, but also quite impressive when assembled. That's why it's the centrepiece of this puzzle! We're glad our extra coloured instructions could be of help. You can be proud of yourself now that it's fully assembled! Looking forward to see your next accomplishment ;)
That's great to hear! You'll love it! It's a great challenge that will keep you busy for a few hours ;) Do not hesitate to reach us if you need more tips and tricks to help you out, we're just a keyboard away!
+Bev Slagle No, you don't. They are part of the manufacturing process and we can't remove them. We do try to minimize them as much as we can when we design every single 3D puzzle we make. We also encourage you to keep the red dotted pieces aside while you are assembling your puzzle since sometimes good pieces might be misplaced when you sort your pieces.
Hello again :) I completed the Harry Potter Astronomy tower with just a little problem on the roof. Here's what I'm wondering. You've made 3 "Lord Of The Rings" puzzles, 4 Harry Potter ones. Has the company ever thought of making a "Percy Jackson" puzzle? I'm thinking "Camp Half Blood"--the pavillion with the cabins, Chiron's house, the climbing wall, etc.
Not yet. But we always welcome suggestions for future designs from our fans and fellow puzzlers! We keep a list of every suggestion so we can consider them when planning our new releases. Do not hesitate to contact us if your have others ;) Glad you've enjoyed the Astronomy Tower as well!
I'm making the 850pc hogwarts grand hall and so far have spent about a week putting it together and got half way so fingers crossed for the next week 😂
I have the Orthanc tower, and I have struggled for several years to finish it. Its only partially finished, but I have no idea if I have all the parts or if its just plain difficult.
Hi *****! Even though it has less pieces than some of our other models, Orthanc Tower is quite challenging since the colours are dark and details similar. The best way to proceed with it is like a regular jigsaw puzzle: sort all the pieces by colour, texture and illustration (ex: For Orthanc Tower, black and white stripes, windows, triangle shapes, pale grey for the base, larger stripes, etc...). Afterwards, start assembling using the reference images on the box and/or online to assemble every sections and parts of your 3D puzzle flat. Once you have finished all the sections, start building it up in 3D. Once you have finished everything, if you notice you are missing a piece (after looking thoroughly inside the box and your red dotted pieces), you can go on our website to ask for the piece you are missing. We hope this will help, and enjoy your assembly.

I just purchased your "Taj Mahal" puzzle today. Does your website publish color photo instructions to download also, like the Harry Potter puzzles? If yes, how can I get them for the Taj Mahal? Thank you so much for making so many great puzzles :)
The color instructions for Taj Mahal are not available at the moment. All the color instructions currently available are on the same page. We've just releases a few weeks ago the ones for Neuschwanstein Castle, one of our 6 "Classics" and first releases. We will add the others in the coming months as time permits. Rest assured, the new puzzles we develop and release will always have color instructions available right away ;)
Thanks for the suggestion Essa. An Eiffel Tower video would be pretty much the same as this one, since the main goal is to show and display the different steps of assembling one of our 3D puzzles (sorting, assembling flat, building in 3D). For further assistance, we will provide colour instructions for our older designs, since the new ones are already available in colour online.
I have the empire state building and it is IMPOSSIBLE!!! 975 pcs and the drawings to help me are useless!! Do you really think black and white pieces drawings are going to help me accomplish it???
+NuHuH DERPYTON (Poopaloopa) Try looking at the Empire State Building like a regular 2D puzzle. First, focus on sorting out your pieces by colour, specific shapes and drawings. For the ESB, you have red and brown roofs, dark roads, white spire/antenna and blue or pink windows. Once you have your pieces sorted out, you'll be able to proceed like a regular puzzle and assemble all the different flat sections using the images on the box. You can also look for other images on our website. You can find the spreadsheet of all the different sections to assemble inside the provided instructions. The black and white images are mainly to show you the best steps to assemble your puzzle in 3D. They'll also help you to differentiate sections that look-alike (which is the case with ESB). Try looking at the square-shaped outlines of the sections for clues. Afterwards, just follow the instructions provided to assemble your puzzle in 3D and display it proudly! We hope that these tips will help you out with the assembly of one of our challenging 3D puzzle, the Empire State Building, and bring you many hours of entertainment.

They make it look so easy...
That is indeed our intention with an How To video; to show the easiest way to assemble our 3D puzzles.
Hi Wrebbit, my wife and I just started working on Big Ben! Our first 3D puzzle!
That's great to hear! You'll love it! It's a great challenge that will keep you busy for a few hours ;) Do not hesitate to reach us if you need more tips and tricks to help you out, we're just a keyboard away!
