Damn, that is wicked!
Judy Dyble R.I.P. Underrated but a true talent - and such a nice person :-(
God bless, Rest In Peace Judy.
One of the four songs they recorded for Top Gear on 24th November 1967; broadcast 10th December. The other three were 'Lay Down Your Weary Tune" (which is on RUclips), and 'Let's Get Together' and 'Chelsea Morning', which I haven't found yet.
R.I.P. Judy.
RIP Judy Dyble
Judy Dyble is still making great music with her Band of Perfect Strangers.
If you really want to here more of Judy, get the original Trader Horne album with Jacky McCauley. She is much more prominent in that group.
thanks for the upload of this obvious rarity.
Judt=y gets back at Richard here, which explains why there was no 2nd album with this configuration.
You can hear why they were called Britain's Jefferson Airplane. I wonder if Richard Thompson and Jorma Kaukonen ever jammed together.
Great point. I often thought about that. And for bass Jack Casady. Groovy 😀
Kind of a shame that fairport the awesome Folk Rock band often overshadows Fairport the awesome psyche band.
02:38 Richard and Martin look like schoolboys. Poor Martin was dealt a very desolate hand. Who's the creep skulking in the shadows at the back ?
