I just discovered Mike and Anabolic Aliens about two months ago. I love the bodyweight series of videos and this awesome ab series! Also, Mike's positive attitude is so encouraging and contagious!
Definetly my favourite onr! Felt all the burn, did all the exercices in perfect form and it was really fun to do! The exercices arent too complicated on this one
I don't give up on you next month you do on your back or bass I already see results and I want on your back and next month you do the same thing only with different muscles❗❗❗❗❗❗
I don't know why, but like Middle abs for me is the hardest thing, like lower is 50/50, obliques are the thing I love. Middle is something crazy, it just really hard work me, but I try to not give up!
I'm curious if anyone else experienced this. Right now I feel less of a burning/pain after the workout, but initially my belly area hurt so much, so I started warming up much better. Is this bad if or is my body just getting used to the workout intensity?
I'm following this routine for the third consecutive months... But I'm not getting any results... My lower back fat isn't burning.... I'm literally fed up with this... Please help me out

Is it weird that the holding C-ups were like a rest? I tried to angle them to be as hard as possible and definetly felt them but compared to the other routines it was like a working rest.
