why don't you go outside of the city centre.. you are in a tourist trap area.. the centre of scam.. 75% of the people living in the centre are not Malaysian.. they are migrant.. you need to explore.. very good shopping in ( one-Utama Mall ) or (101 mall ) in Putrajaya.. better value in AC environment.. better food.. you might get a better views.. all these tourist traps you've been to are boring crap dude.. do something different..
The woman who sold you the cap is a local Malaysian and she is the owner of the shop, but the guy who sold you the underwear is a foreigner probably a Myanmar/Burmese hence he mark up the price for his own commission and he just a worker not the boss.
