@@scottclifford-cliffordmfg4148 Audio is ok for me .. I would like to see a video where you go into a bit more detail on your machine and why you designed it like it is. What would you do differently on a new machine? What works great?

Thanks for the kind words ... About your question, are you referring to my small machine or my larger fully-automatic one. I did make changes to both on the second go around. At the moment I am spending time getting my website up this has proved to be quite the challenge for me! Tell me which machine you are referring to and I will be glad to share what I would do different. A lot of changes depends on how big and detailed of part you want to run and if you want to run auto. Let me know and be glad to share.

Been looking for a wile to find a videos like this about diy desktop injection molding. There are so many ways to make these things but none are simple enough like yours. Tried the website says its not up on WIX yet was looking for more details and parts that you recommend. Those are some of the hardest things knowing the size and type of devices to buy to make all this work. Please tell more about what other parts could be used with online examples maybe?
Thanks for the videos and take care,
    Casey

I am working trying to get my website done. I have a firm helping get it done. I hope to have it up in the next 10 days or so... we will see seems like this is taking me forever. Website things as you can see are not my expertise!! FYI I will be selling full CAD designs of my machines. The CAD you will be able to down load includes every part nut and bolt. You can get any dimension you desire form these files. Note both injection mold machines I offer, I have been built and work very well in production conditions. You are also welcome to ask any question you like and I will do my best to answer it.

Awesome stuff, is there a video on how you milled the mold out? Wondering if plastic injection molds have to be milled on 5 axis CNC's or if they can be milled on 3 axis ones?

No they do not need to be, but some times 3 axis could help better make certain features easer to make. I have never needed 3 axis on the many tools I have had made or made my self. At times an EDM machine is necessary for certine details that are small and detailed.
