- Jimmy Kimmel called out Donald Trump during the Oscars after the former US president called him the “worst host”.
“I was told we have like an extra minute, and I’m really proud of something and I was wondering if I could share it with you. I just got a review,” Mr Kimmel said at the 96th Academy Awards.
“Has there ever been a worse host than Jimmy Kimmel at The Oscars,” Mr Kimmel said reading the post from Trump.
“Blah, blah, blah, make America great again,” Mr Kimmel said as he continued to the post.
Mr Kimmel later went on to say, “ok now, see if you can guess which former president just posted that on Truth Social. Anyone? No?”
“Well, thank you, President Trump. Thank you for watching, I’m surprised you’re still - isn’t it past your jail time?”

I think it's awesome that Biden is trying/has done things like this: Working to lower the cost of medical care, prescriptions, provide meals for kids living in poverty in our country, investing in manufacturing plants around the US (Bringing more jobs back in the US), signing the PACT act which allows more healthcare access to veterans, the CHIPS act, working to bring clean drinking water to more Americans, getting rid of junk fees from companies, capping overdraft fees, etc.... Do any of those things really affect me? No, I'm lucky to be in a good spot myself... but I'm hyped he's helping the people who need it most in our country because that's what makes a country great. Vote for whoever you want to vote for at the end of the day though, that's what democracy is about. I am actually curious though, how exactly have the people you know been affected negatively? I'm not trying to be rude in any sense (I genuinely want to know), actual conversation is good instead of all this division we see everywhere.
