- A heated discussion took place in Lok Sabha today as Congress leader Adhir Ranjan Chowdhury spoke about the conflict between India and China along the LAC. Adhir Ranjan engaged Union Home Minister Amit Shah and Law Minister Kiren Rijiju by quoting media reports on alleged incursion by China on Indian land. Amit Shah pointed out how discussion used to take place in the Parliament before when the first clashes had taken place between India and China because the then government had lost land to China and there is no such thing happening currently. I still remember how Adheer stood in the parliament and said Kashmir is an international issue, so india cannot act unilaterally on Kashmir. He got the post because of his allegiance to the gandhi family, otherwise there are far better candidates in Congress.

For those who don't understand LAC issue like these politicians. Read 👇
1. The PP points claimed by India are as per Indian claim line.
2. Similarly, China also has PP points as per their claim line.
3. All PP points are within or at edges of these buffer zones of 5 to 20 kms and also the claim lines / PP points overlap at different areas within the buffer zones.
4. When some people say India can't access certain PP points that is because easy access to these PP points was via Chinese controlled buffers or territory.
5. What China has done is it has blocked these access, hoping India may give up their claim on the said PPs as they can't access them.
6. Since now the traditional access to these routes is blocked India can't easily get to them over steep cliffs of mountains. So they doing aerial surveillance currently but physical presence is imp.
7. It is important to note just as Chinese have blocked Indian access, China has also lost access to similar number of PP points that they would go too, due to Indian army blocking those routes.
8. Hence it is even game, played within the buffer zones. China tries salami slicing in buffers hoping to extend them on Indian side, so does India. That is called standoff and no loss of new territory.
