I applied for computer number on Feb 23 but I couldn’t send the print out copies through speed post to their address. It states in their website that if the copies doesn’t reach their address within 10 days it will result in auto rejection. Previously, CBSE used to issue 2 different documents for Marksheet and Pass Certificate but in the recent years, CBSE has been issuing a common certificate called 'Marks Statement Cum Certificate'. So, in the second case, you have to upload the same documents for Marksheet and the Pass certificate. So, it basically depends on what is written on your Marksheet... Thank you
Allotment of computer number can take anywhere from 2 days to 2 months. Computer Number gets rejected if copies are not self-attested, in almost all the cases.

You don't need to send the board verification envelope separately. Just don't open the envelope and send it with hard copies of all other documents (as per the sequence mentioned in your candidate review form). Thank you

See, as I said in the video, if it's a combined document with the title 'Marks Statement Cum Certificate', then you can upload the same in both the sections. But, if your board provides it as two different documents, you've to upload pass certificate in the pass certificate's section and marksheet in marksheet's section. Otherwise DGCA will surely reject the application. It's very strict in these regards.
It was surprising for me as well but may be because I applied 2 weeks before Diwali holidays and they were probably trying to finish pre-Diwali applications asap...

This case isn't clearly mentioned in the user manual, it's just written that if the BVC is addressed to DGCA, you should not open the envelope and send the document as received... If you had to take my words, you can get it (the front and the back of the envelope) attested by the gazetted officer as well (extra attestation is never an issue, lack of attestation is an issue).

@@AviationFIRST the board office gave me the mark sheet as well as the the passing certificate signed by the divisional secretary and told me to scan it before returning to them , then the same along with a letter to the CEO was sealed in an envelop and given to me , the board office told me to not open the sealed letter and to upload the signed mark sheet and passing certificate in the bvc column

You cannot apply again before you get a rejection mail (in case, your application is rejected). Your application either gets accepted or rejected within 60 days of receiving the documents at DGCA.

You'll get a mail stating auto-rejection of your application and then you can apply again (not until you get the mail). Check your spam mails as well (just in case).

Might be a glitch. Generally you should be able to write decimal values. Try doing it on a different device. And if the issue still persists, round it off to 9...

we have to upload that application format of steps for online verification and credentials also .......or we should send only the hard copy!

Actually, there's nothing like expiry date on stamps as far as I know...
Try getting it attested from someone else this time, maybe from someone at a senior position.

@@AviationFIRST the board office gave me the mark sheet as well as the the passing certificate signed by the divisional secretary and told me to scan it before returning to them , then the same along with a letter to the CEO was sealed in an envelop and given to me , the board office told me to not open the sealed letter and to upload the signed mark sheet and passing certificate in the bvc column
@@yashpatil6184 that's something nice that they've done but no need to upload the scanned documents. That may force DGCA to think that you've opened the envelope and sealed it back.

You cannot apply again before you get a rejection mail (in case, your application is rejected).
Your application either gets accepted or rejected within 60 days of receiving the documents at DGCA.

You'll get a mail stating auto-rejection of your application and then you can apply again (not until you get the mail). Check your spam mails as well (just in case).

hi..i obtained my 10th marks in cgpa...so should i convert it into percentage and then write it in educational qualification or write it in cgpa only? and the other thing is that i had 6 subjects in 12 ..toh take the best 5 or should i count all the subjects for calculating percentage?
For 10th: Why do you want to complicate the process?? If DGCA is giving CGPA option, just go ahead with it.
For 12th: Include all the subjects.

Might be a glitch. Generally you should be able to write decimal values. Try doing it on a different device. And if the issue still persists, round it off to 9...
