  • 10-12 chicken wings (drumettes and flats)
    2 tbsp soy sauce (low-sodium for a lighter option)
    2 tbsp brown sugar
    1 tsp garlic powder
    1 tbsp cornstarch (for extra crispiness)
    1 tbsp olive oil (or vegetable oil for frying)
    Salt and pepper to taste
    Sesame seeds (optional, for garnish)
    Chopped green onions (optional, for garnish)
    Instructions:
    Prep the Chicken Wings:
    Pat the chicken wings dry with paper towels. The drier the wings, the crispier they’ll get.
    Season with salt, pepper, and a little garlic powder.
    Make the Sauce:
    In a bowl, mix the soy sauce, honey (or maple syrup), brown sugar, vinegar, ginger powder, and garlic powder. Stir until the sugar is dissolved and everything is well combined.
    Coat the Wings:
    Toss the wings in cornstarch until they’re evenly coated. This helps achieve that extra crispy texture.
    Fry or Bake the Wings:
