why you didnt go into 2x cold dmg per frenzy
there is already a quiver like that made and it has the essence that gives you damage per frenzy
different Quivers for different builds but yes Palsterons is insane!
I wonder why craft such quiver given Palsteron's Quiver exists. Did it happened before Palsteron made better one? Or person who owns it doesn't provide services for it?

This is not a frenzy stack quiver. it has a flat lightning essence mod which should be a clear giveaway. the frenzy implicit is just generic flat for ele LA/TS, You wouldn't mirror palestrons for an ele build and you wouldn't mirror this for his frenzy stacker slayer. But his Quiver is for sure absolutely nuts!
Why cold per frenzy implicit then though? Wouldn't WED or something else be better in this case? Or there is nothing else?@@SpicysushiPoE
@ILikeGuns1992 since ele TS/LA usually gets around 6 Frenzy Charges this implicit is extremely strong but as an Explicit it's pretty lacking. Increased Damage implicits are really pathetic on Quiver sadly

i really dont like how all of the "its 1 in 13" comments he makes are with 60% confidence, thats just not how you should look at it. if you wanna truly say "this SHOULD happen in X attempts" you should pump up the confidence to 90 or 95%
no thats not how stochastics wrok. Every time he slams it a 7,69 something chance to hit it. If you put it on 90 or 95% it will not give you the correct avg.
if you want 95% it jumps up to 40 trys btw
because one shouldnt want the average, if you want to say "this SHOULD happen in X attempts" you need the expected value, which is better with a high confidence, but everyone just says "oh no i missed a 1 in 4 in four attempts, thats unlucky" when it doesnt work like that at all. everyone confuses average with expected value. average is a horrible statistic to use on its own if you want to grasp how much currency youlld spend or how many attempts it will take @@akti4467
It makes sense to be 60% pumping it to 95% is crraaaazzzyy
On avarage is takes 1/13, but the probabilty of it happening in 13 tries is %60, its pretty simple.
