Thank you! How I wish for another trash bag house, but it doesn’t seem to be. I’ll take any good trash nowadays, I miss my old days of trash picking. More restrictions by towns has made it so trash has to be in a can, not just out, so people put out less stuff.
We live near a local college, and when the students move out we salvage their cast offs. Lotsa soaps shampoos, shaving cream, toiletries, cleaning supplies, can/dry goods to say the least. what we can't use we either sell it or take it to goodwill. We try to keep goods from the landfill.
@@PaperandMoose I use them to carry packages to the post office and to clean out unboxed stuff from estate sales. They are perfect if you buy a closet or cabinet full of stuff. Perfect size and weight. If it is breakable smalls I'll bring paper in too. I love them. I'm sort of jealous.

I would love to have a t-shirt with a similarly realistic depiction of a crow or a jackdaw. All amazing birds with an unfair bad image. The storage unit may not have contained memorabilia or ephemera, but it did contain shoes and clothing from good brands. Almost all of them are also very common on the European market - is that a coincidence or did the storage unit renters have a connection to Europe (see also the BMW stuff)? I used to travel a lot for work, and would stay in a place anywhere from a few days to a few months, that stuff looks like stuff that my wife and I would have accumulated on one of our longer stays (she would travel with me when possible). They probably had to move on and either forgot or planned on coming back and never did.
Could have been the case! I think for some if they are renting a unit & do move, it’s almost a “Let’s see what we can fit in the vehicle & whatever is left, we’ll come back”. Then they move hours away & think it’s not worth coming back for.
That was a good unit, nothing nasty, or stinky or illegal. I loved the UGGs, you should get some pretty good money out of those and the tennis shoes. Nice buy and it was clean and quick.

Perhaps the Gutenberg was in a unit that I bid on but was paid up on at the last minute… artwork, antiques, a dream unit! One day! I’m already using the bags I found plus can fit the one pair of sneakers, so it’s a win! Some of the health & beauty products will go to the flea market along with some clothing, after sorted & perhaps some research to familiarize myself with the brands (it’s the remembering part that gets me!). We just had a good rainstorm come through, but the humidity stayed. Chance of rain tomorrow coupled with heat equals not a flea market day, which means I can catch up on other things & also get some research done! Hope that you had a nice Saturday!
