For all of you making comments on how he looks . . . . at his present age (past sixty) he looks well. If you’ve worked as hard as he has to support a wife and family and maintain an ounce of tenacity in a world like the one in which we live, see how “young and vibrant” you appear to your peers. His wife did not have to work, his children have had the best of educations (they have not caused he or his wife shame), they have lived well and have not abused or misused themselves or others.
What you see is an individual who has withstood the rigors of life in this world and in these United States.

As I'm looking at Mr. Washington, AKA DENZEL ( whom I have longed to meet/ cross paths with in person, however; I did have the pleasure/ honor to speak to over the phone ; I worked for An Answering Service they( I also had the equally pleasure of speaking with his Lovely wife) used.. I'm seeing Chadwick Boseman's image shortly before it became public knowledge regarding his battle with Cancer) I pray to God that all is well with his health and every aspect of his life) he was Soo very accommodating over the fone as I took my shot at telling him how very much I enjoyed him in The Bone Collector. God moves in Mysterious ways, as just before getting the job at the answering service, I had also read the book and soon afterwards, the movie came out! I had no idea of either; the book's cover was drawing me to pick it up!!! Thank you for all your wonderful and talented works of art! Last but not least, while taking in your film "Man On Fire,: at the end as the lights came up, the back row was filled with a group of Elder Ladies and the one seated just off the isle, as she stood said" That Denzel don't never let you down! " I felt the exact same way!!! ❤️❤️❤️🔥

I don’t think I have ever been let down by this man. He exudes excellence in humanity on and of the screen. Some people say he is “an excellent black man” or “one of the best black role models.” I simply say he is an excellent human and one we should all strive to become some day.
