I figured I would show something off that would benefit the safety side of things, my father and other people I know use cycling mirrors all the time.
ive got the cateye bm45 mirror, doesnt close up like the corky but comes with the added bonus of crushing people's ego when they get dropped by a bike with a mirror

I like the cat eye better. The bigger mirror gives better visibility. This is just a little too small.
I have been using this for years and it is totally worth it. Not only for safety, but also racing. Currently running on 3 different bikes!

Bike peddler mirror is the king. Doesn’t even go on your expensive bike. Clips to sunglasses. Move your head to get a wider view. This mirror is static to your bicycle.

That company supposedly sent me out a mirror weeks ago, and I honestly thought they were bluffing...until I literally just checked my mailbox 5 minutes ago and the package was in there haha. I will report back shortly.

I need 2 of them so you can see the riders getting dropped as you put on the pain. No need to swivel your head anymore and disrupt your cadence.

@@GCPerformance18 18 g is extremely light weight for that. It will be good for crit racing too because you are constantly turning your head to see behind and with 2 of them on you can glance like your car mirrors and keep your eyes front for safety. The best part is seeing their faces they make when they are hurting then you look on your computer and laugh away.

I reckon a mirror is one of the best safety things you can have for riding in a motorist aggressive environment (Melbourne, Australia), but I think this is a little small - would love to see your opinion after taking this thing for a real ride.
Black and Grey cars are a real problem when using a mirror with poor resolution as they just hide ... I think the Garmin Varia is a lot more expensive, but more foolproof...

I always like this style. Cateye had one but I never liked it; it was too bulky. I can't find it on the website though..

yea I mean I am sure there are cheaper versions or from other vendors but they sent this one out so I figured I would use them as the reference, but by all means do your homework and find the best deal

damnn was there a backorder statement or something from them they shipped mine and got it to me in a 1 week
@@GCPerformance18 Nope, they shipped the item and gave me a tracking number but the item has been in Spain for like 15 days. I emailed them and asked why the delay, they told me because of covid it should take 15 -25 days to receive the item. It’s ridiculous!

So I buy that mirror for my experience bike,use it. and same day I go out on my £200 bike. I should have swap it over.but not going to use my cool mirror on my £200bike. Have to try and find one for £1.00. live matter more. RIP.

I mean it all depends on the person, like I said it is not like a detailed mirror but more just to see if something large is coming up
I'll play devils advocate. No cyclist should ever have to need a mirror, but of course we all do.
