Measure your milk in a cup then pour it into a jug put it in the microwave for around 2 min 20 secs scoop your hot choc powder into your cup and pour your heated milk bit by bit making sure to stir the powder in each time you add milk in! Honestly will make the best hot choc ever!!

Ana i have my hot coco like you aswell!! but if you want it to mix properly- I add the tinest amount of hot water and get the choco to dissolve in it before putting the milk in and microwaving it
