I don't think Jamaica understand musical groups like TOK, RDX, Voicemail or even Twin of Twins. They are singular entities in them with different visions so it will be harder to find a commonality of vision so sometimes it is best to go solo for their personal survival, regardless of how the public will feel.
Like any relationship you may stick around for the children but at some point you have to stand the losses and call it quits
