It says that your opponent can only target your monster with the highest attack for attacks so they can't attack directly, they must target the strongest monster. You probably could find if it you search Rock of the Vanquisher OCG rulings.
Nice profile and great explanations. I'm unable to play 3 TTT to avoid drawing more of them like with Desires lol. Also Prosperity is too expensive and banlist worthy imo but works really well in the deck though I don't have any, but I'd played it if I had. A couple of questions, have you tried Dogoran? It's Fire, so good for Stake your Soul and you can bounce it back with Mad Love. Speaking of bouncing, security dragon works great with Rock of the Vanquisher, same as Cerberus who draws you a card like Phoenix being co-linked to the Rock. I also play a Zoodiac package to access Zeus easily. I think the deck is good but not as good as to not need a toolbox extra deck, at least until we get Jialong. Anyway, have a nice day!

Anything with a high amount of attributes can potentially work(predicting this is the equivalent of a WUBRG deck from MTG). As of this comment. The focus is Earth, Fire, and Dark.

I personally would prefer to run borger at 3
I prefer a 2-2 ratio of Kaiser-Borger more, but you could easily get away with 1-3 Kaiser-Borger.

@@absolutezer0791 In most my builds I run 1 Kurikara and 1 Dogoran or just 2 Kurikara's.
