For those who think they can ask for less ice anytime they want:
I'm Korean and I've worked in a cafe for two years. I don't know about cafes in other countries, but in Korea, they don't give you more drink even if you ask for less ice. They skimp out, citing the manual and precise ingredient measurements as excuses, and fill the same amount of drink into that big cup and just reduce the ice, resulting in a ridiculous-looking half-filled cup. So yeah, that IS too much ice, and you're being fooled by the drink's aesthetics and the size of the cups.

Im not hating or what but honestly that's quite a lot of ice.
Almost 80% ice and 20% of the drink, idk if that's how its supposed to be but i know a lot would love more of the drink and less of the ice.
Most cafes also do this because some drinks or coffees, like the one in the video, need a lot of ice or they will taste bad, and customers can choose how much ice they want in their drink. **I don't speak English so I apologize if there was a mistake in the translator :)
tbh, starbucks does the exact same thing, sometimes for drinks much smaller, these are much cheaper than a starbucks drink, 3500 won is 2.64 USD, these would definitely be over 5 dollars at starbucks, i think you do get your moneys worth in these drinks, and if someone does want less ice, they can ask too of course
