I'm a year late but just getting started with embroidery. I have had my Brother SE1900 for a couple of years but I was also a new sewer. So getting used to my Babylock Ovation and a sewing machine took time. Ready to Sip & Stitch!!!
Thanks for the video! I have a 770 and was trying to find a video using this type of machine and you did very well on showing and explaining the process.
Thank you for this video! Total newbie here, haven't even taken my machine out of the box lol. But am so excited to get started and this helps so much!
Thank you so much for sharing your time and talent. You taught me how to use the jumbo hoop and now sleeves! I didn’t think either would be possible for me, but I’m doing both now because of you! Thank you!
I learnt so much watching this video. Thank you so much. I'd like to give a suggestion on wss topper. I've learnt, that I like to pin it to material. I also give a tiny shot of 505 spray to it too. Once I had it flip over the presser foot, pulled everything out of hoop. Hope that helps. I'm so glad I subscribed to your channel. You're a great teacher
Wonderful tutorial. I had just watched a video on another channel teaching how to do a curved neckline in Embrilliance. It had so many steps I simply gave up. It required the equivalent of a PHD to follow along. I knew your video was coming up so tonight I decided to watch even though I wrongly assumed it would also be way above my head as well. You taught me within a few minutes what a 2-hour tutorial on another site could not. Thank you so much. You are an excellent teacher.
I'm so late on trends, just getting to try out the sleeve method. Thank you for showing us how to do this on a flatbed!! Also, I was so excited to know I could get that heart! Just downloaded it and I'm about to use it!!
Hi Karlie. I recently found your channel. Born and raised in Metairie, live in Covington. Thinking of purchasing the Brother PE 800 machine. Looking through all your videos to learn as much as I can before I purchase. Thank you.
Thank you for showing how to move the letters in a script font. I fought with it all day yesterday and couldn’t figure out how to move individual letters. Now I can finish my projects!
Thank you so much for your video! Extremely informative! My embroidery machine and software are Bernina but thanks to your video, I now feel ready to undertake my project 😊!
Thnk u for this video. I think the hardest part for me is getting those pins put in correctly! U make it look easy but it’s not! For me anyway! lol. Not only do they not want to come up the back, but in trying to get them thru I’ve had the hooping shift & the design I’m embroidering end up crooked/slanted. I wonder if u can share any tips to help me. Thnk u so much!
Thank you so much for the detailed tutorial! I made my first one last night for my mom who has SEVEN grandkids 😅 it turned out good for the most part! But it did bunch up a little bit after I washed / dried it afterwards, even though I pre-shrunk the sweatshirt itself. Any ideas for why that might have happened/what I could do differently next time? Would appreciate any thoughts!
I just had to comment on your mom being called meme….im a mimi & wanted to be called Grammy, but Jaycie could not say it & her pawpaw was trying to get her to say Grammy & it kept coming out as mimi & so that’s who I am known as is Mimi!!! I had to giggle at your story…my husband will get a kick out of this… too funny!!! Love your shirt by the way!!
@@KarlieBelle , yes I did a screen shot & sent to my daughter & said can you believe this??? I was sitting there with my mouth open going omg…when you were telling this…so funny!
Hi,I'm total newbie here! I am looking to buy this machine, I'm curious what type of stitch was used to create the first "mama" sweatshirt. Thanks so much!
Karlie, I’ll be making the grandmother in Greek,(YaiYai) and putting all the names on the sleeve. Would you do a matching on for Grandpa as a left chest logo? I’m still going to put the names on the sleeve as well. Grandpa’s are just as proud of their grandchildren.
Thank you, I’ll put Grandpa in Greek as well to match. I think this would be a perfect gift idea to give as a way to let them know they are going to be future Grandparents. When they open the gift it’s an awesome announcement. @@KarlieBelle
Karlie…where do we get the “Embrillience” program? Is it a program, or is it one that is a free program? Another question, would be, does it only work with Brother or Babylock? Would it be able to be used on a Bernina embroidery machine, as well? (My old embroidery machine used to work with just specific brand of embroidery cards. But now, I have a new sewing and embroidery combo machine…& it’s now a whole new world, to use a new laptop, & USB sticks with my new machine! So, now I’m like a new beginner to embroidery….& I’m thrilled to say the least…& excited to begin! I’ll be getting from SMP, your program with 9 lessons, to learn all of your tips! 🥰.
Embrilliance is a wonderful embroidery software company! In this tutorial I used their Essentials program to create the lettering. You can buy it directly from their website. It works on both PC and Mac computers. After making or editing a design you can save it in any format so that it can be opened on any embroidery machine. Here is my referral link www.embrilliance.com/jamaffiliates/aff_tools/karliebelle/tool/text_links/2
I love you talk about what your mom wanted to be called when the girls were born my grandkids call me Grammy I love that but, my precious Oliver calls me mommy because he cannot say it. If you are ok I’m going to see if he can say meme I love that.
Thank you for doing projects on the single needle flatbeds! It’s so nice to see these for those of us who have these machines 💜

To get the PE800 to cut jump stitches, you can make each letter a different color in Embrillance, but just stitch it out in the one color.
Yes great point! I have done this before ❤️
I love the detail of this video. What kind of printer do you use?

I cannot wait to make one for my daughter n law. She has 4 boys with taking out the Seam I should be ok with the small font you bought correct?
Yes I think you can definitely stack 4 names if you take out the seam.
How did you get your background screen black?
😂🤩
don't you have to secure the topper stabilizer?
