Have you any tips for testing a 1uzfe oil level sensor? Do you need a pan of oil on the stove as per the lexus manual? I dont think the mrs would appreciate her best pans and jam thermometer getting used to get the oil to 60⁰
I did the same thing with replacing that figure 8 gasket I have parked it on a slope and noticed it was leaking from the same location is there any specific torque specs to use or do I have to oil the o ring up to get a proper seal? Any gel is greatly appreciated
I agree and If im unhappy with the surface then a tiny bit of suitable sealant is used, My weapon of choice is loctite 518 flange sealant. In many cases I try to avoid it but I also only like to do it once, and I use the minimal amount.

Hey Kevin would the gasket from the lx470 fit the gs430 for the oil filter assembly
