Making Kombucha From Our First Homemade Scoby

Making a scoby for kombucha is something I've always wanted to do. I made kombucha before but never with my own scoby. All it really takes is time. After 3 weeks of fermenting a sweet tea mixture with raw kombucha in it, a scoby has formed at the top. With this scoby you can make as much kombucha as you like and play around with unique flavorings.
